Cheh knows the material well. However, it sounds like she is recording these lectures on top a mountain or inside a wind tunnel. She also needs to take a few steps back from the mic, there is too much distortion, its a headache to listen to. The CDs do not contain titles to the lectures, when burned onto my computer they were labeled as (Track 01, 02, 03, etc). This was especially annoying because I had to manually create albums within itunes and create titles to each individual track, otherwise my iphone would play the track 01 (disc 01) then play track 01 (disc 02) and so on and so forth.Product details

Professor Cheh helped me a lot in understanding American Constitutional Law.
Extremely helpful. I recommend listening to pertinent topic before class after reading it in your casebook. Also makes a great final review.
Must have if you are studying Law.
Cd voice was too monotone, but the substance is good.
An excellent course on constitutional law. I also have the fifth, sixth, and seventh editions. Each was good.
This audio series is absolutely amazing. Yes, it's long, but that's because it's very comprehensive. Professor Cheh does an incredible job teaching the subject and she tells you exactly what you need to know for your exam. She even walks you through, step by step, how to do an essay analysis for each topic. This audio series will get you an A in the class.
The audio seems to be a bit off. The content is great. My Con Law I class more closely matched these lectures than did my Con Law II class probably because Con Law has essentially been split into 3 parts at my school with First Amendment issues taught in a separate course.
